

The Office of Administrative Management (OAM) is responsible for managing resources and services that maximize both human capital management and workforce planning on behalf of the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), National Library of Medicine (NLM). The OAM also provides comprehensive management of administrative services including all or several of the following functions: budgetary and financial management services; purchasing, procurement, and contract administration; management and program analysis; facilities, property, safety, or space management to the NCBI staff.
