Androgen Homeostasis In their Research Article (DOI: 10.1002/advs.202508240), Rong Hu, Yongsheng Chang, Yaolin Zhang, Heng Fan, and co‐workers demonstrate that the liver plays a key role about androgen homeostasis in the development of DHEA‐induced PCOS. KLF9 is required for the conversion of DHEA to DHT in hepatocytes. The image shows the liver origin T and DHT circulate to the ovary, leading to infertility.
