Health Program Specialist

The position provides insight and advice on issues and trends related to health data standards usage and needs from federal and commercial arenas. The position assists in coordinating product and system changes in response to ongoing development in the area of health data standards; provides support and backup for production issues related to RxNorm, UMLS, SNOMED CT, and MeSH; and participates as needed in development teams to improve HDST products and services.
