Diabetes Management: Evolution or Revolution?

Earlier this year, I had the privilege of providing the keynote address at the American Diabetes Association’s 2025 Clinical Update Conference, where I reflected on where we are and where we have been in the understanding and management of diabetes. Using a figurative “retrospectoscope,” we can see the dizzying progress we have made throughout the previous decades, and even just in the past few years.
